Roblox Poison Sushi Challenge is a Roblox casual survival mini-game, where players pick sushi pieces at a table and try to avoid the poisoned ones to survive each round. This game is developed by Courgette Fan Club and released in 2024 and recently updated. The total number of visits are about 37.9M+ and more than 89,287+ players added it to their favorite games. Server size is 12 and Genre is casual/party. The longer you survive rounds, the more Yen you can earn, which allows you to unlock cosmetic chopstick skins through a gacha system and prepare for tougher rounds with friends. The game also gives bonus Yen through the friend boost system (+10% when you invite friends) and has a gifting system. As of now, there are no active codes (promo codes) for Poison Sushi Challenge, because the game currently lacks a code system.[1]

Gameplay and mechanics (How to Play)

[edit | edit source]
  • Players sit at a table with multiple sushi pieces and pick one. One (or some) sushi pieces are poisoned (wasabi/green effect) - if you pick it, you get poisoned and lose. Survive rounds to win. This is the main mechanic shown in gameplay videos and the Roblox description.
  • The game includes funny animations, poison effects, and a social/multiplayer focus (play with friends).
  • Progression / rewards: winning rounds gives in-game currency (Yen) and there’s a gacha style system to unlock rare & legendary chopstick skins and cosmetic items. Inviting friends grants a bonus (example: +10% Yen).[2]
  • The gameplay involves sitting at a table, selecting sushi plates in turn, trying not to pick the poisoned one (with wasabi as the poison).
  • There’s also a “Troll Mode” where you can purchase “trolls” or items to tease or mess with other players.

Poison Sushi Challenge Codes

[edit | edit source]
  • SUSHI50 – Redeem for 50 Yen
  • TROLLFUN – Redeem for a Troll Ability
  • SKIPTURN – Redeem for Skip Turns

Controls & UI (exact steps to play)

[edit | edit source]
  1. Join a server from the Roblox game page and walk to an open seat at a table.
  2. When the match starts, the sushi plates appear. Wait for your turn (turn indicator / UI shows whose turn it is).
  3. Click a plate to eat it (or use the interact key shown on-screen). If you ate a safe plate, remain seated; if it’s poisoned, your avatar will react and you’ll be eliminated.
  4. Use Skip Turn or in some modes special items (if available) to avoid picking (these may cost in-game currency or passes).

Strategy — how to survive more often

[edit | edit source]
  • Play the math: if N plates and P poisoned, early picks have known odds. For example, with 6 plates and 1 poison your chance of dying on first pick is 1/6 — adapt risk accordingly.
  • Skip strategically: save Skip Turns for late in the round when risk is highest (if you can buy/earn them).
  • Watch other players’ animations: some videos show players give away micro-tells (hesitation, placement pattern) that can hint at hidden mechanics in custom servers — use them. (Watching a few short gameplay clips helps.)
  • Host rules: if you can host, set poison counts low for friends or higher for more chaotic public games. Troll mode is fun for pranks but is less predictable.

Tips & how to play well

[edit | edit source]
  • Sit quickly and pick a sushi — rounds are usually fast; hesitation can cost you if multiple players are racing to pick. (video evidence).
  • If the game has visible patterns or repeated rounds, observe which sushi positions have been poisoned in previous rounds (some players try to track patterns).
  • Invite friends to the same server to get the invite bonus (+10% Yen per the game description). Use earned Yen to open the gacha for chopstick skins.[3]
