Roblox Don’t Steal the Bubu wiki
Roblox Don’t Steal the Bubu is a Roblox simulation and adventure game with stealth and chase-inspired mechanics, where players sneak, grab, and escape with adorable creatures called Bubus without getting caught. The player does not fight with a sword or spear, but uses timing, strategy, and quick reflexes to steal the Bubu while it sleeps and run before it wakes up. Stages progress through various themed rooms, each with “steal zones.” Some have “normal” and “golden” variants. At the beginning, small resources are provided, but through skill and persistence, the treasure of coins and Bubus grows. From there, you can increase your stealing power, unlock new Bubus, and develop your collection to higher rarity levels. This game is developed by lol games and released in August 2025 and recently updated. The total number of visits are about 14.8M+ and more than 1,312,953+ players added it to their favorite games list. Server size is 5 and Genre is adventure / simulation. In Don’t Steal the Bubu, there are three game modes: Story Mode, Free Steal Mode, and Challenge Mode.[1]

Roblox Don’t Steal the Bubu
As of now, there are no working codes of the Roblox Don’t Steal the Bubu game. We will update here once it will release by game publishers.
Gameplay mechanics
- Core loop: enter an arena, wait for a Bubu to be asleep, grab it, then run/escape while being chased when the Bubu wakes. Surviving or successfully returning the item grants cash/XP.
- Collectibles & offline income: Bubus you own generate cash even while you’re offline — a passive progression mechanic used to encourage return play.
- Upgrades & progression: you can spend in-game currency to upgrade your character (movement/steal speed or passive income), and likely purchase cosmetic/quality-of-life passes (Roblox store/passes may exist).
- Asymmetric chase mechanic: the “wake-and-chase” moment creates a short burst of high-risk play (similar to “steal” or tag-style minigames). Video walkthroughs show how timing and route choice matter.
Developer, credits, and origin
- The game’s Roblox page lists the creator as lol games. The Bubu character artwork/icon/thumbnail was created by user @joshualiu101 (Group: Jo.) and state the experience is a fan-made game. That credit is important because it ties into later copyright/community issues.
How to play better — tactical tips
- Steal timing: watch the NPC’s sleep/wake animation — most successful steals happen in the last beat of the sleep cycle so you have maximum time before the chase.
- Escape routes: learn the map layout (doors/shortcuts) shown in popular gameplay videos — players who memorize a couple of escape paths survive more steals.
- Offline growth: maximize number and rarity of Bubus early so offline income scales — that reduces grinding.
- Play with friends: many similar Roblox collection games give party bonuses or make stealing/defending easier in groups. Guides for the Labubu family of games encourage playing with friends for multipliers.[1]
