Roblox Lasso Animals is a Roblox animal catching and farming game with some adventure, where players can use lassos and capture wild animals to bring on their farms, and grow their collection for higher earnings. This game is developed by Strawman Studios and released in August 2025 and recently updated. The total number of visits are about 31.2M+ and more than 16000+ players added it to their favorite games list. Server size is 8 and Genre is Simulation. Catching and taming more animals means you will earn more Wheat (in-game currency), and by using that you can upgrade your lasso, unlock new regions, and capture rarer animals ready for tougher and more valuable catches. The game also gives free rewards periodically every few hours, uses a friend bonus system, and has a trading system for exchanging animals or items. As of now, there are no active codes (promo codes) for Lasso Animals, because the game currently does not include a code redemption system.
Core gameplay
1. Explore the Wild
- Players will spawn into a large open map filled with different zones, each home to have a variety of animals which ranges from common to legendary.
- You have to explore these areas to find wild animals which are roaming freely. Rarer animals appear in that regions where we can't reach easily or require better lassos.
2. Capture Animals with Your Lasso
After spot an animal, you have to equip your lasso and click (or tap) to throw it.
- The strength of lasso's determines which animals you can catch (stronger lassos can capture rarer creatures).
- The lasso’s Length decide how far away you can throw it.
- Some animals can resist capture, they require multiple attempts or stronger lassos.
If you succeed to catch the animals, then it temporarily attached to your character and follows you.
3. Bring Captured Animals to Your Farm
After catching an animal, you must escort it safely to your farm.
Be careful from other players, they can attack and steal your animal before you reach your base.
Once animals safely placed in the farm, they begin to produce Wheat, which is the main currency of the game.
4. Earn and Collect Wheat
Animals on your farm generate Wheat over time.
- Wheat can be collected manually as well as automatically (depending on your upgrades).
- Mutated or animals with higher rarity give more Wheat, which allows faster progression.
5. Upgrade Lassos and Unlock New Areas
Use your collected Wheat to:
- Buy stronger lassos which have greater length and strength.
- Expand the area of your farm to hold more animals.
- Unlock new zones where animals with high rarity spawn.
6. Feed and Mutate Animals
- At your farm, you can feed animals special treats to help them grow and mutate to aern more.
- Mutations not only change appearance but also boost Wheat output and unlock some special traits.
7. Claim Free Rewards and Continue the Loop
In Every few hours, you can claim free reward crates, which contains wheat, boosters and rare items.
Lassos the central progression mechanic
- Each lasso has two main stats: Strength (which determines what rarity of animals you can catch) and Length/Range (how far you can start the lasso). Higher numbers → access to rarer animals and easier intercepts of fleeing players.
- There are multiple lassos (sources report ~11), ranging from Classic → Galactic. Some require Wheat, others require rebirths, and a few are Roux-exclusive purchasable via NPC (Samuel). Typical progression examples (values from community guides): Classic (low), Strong, Gold, Rainbow, Electric, Fire, Crystal, Galactic (highest).
Animals — types, rarities & mutations
- Animals spawn in the wild in different rarities (Common → Uncommon → Epic → Legendary → possibly special/seasonal / mutated). Rarer animals take longer to capture, often require higher Strength, and give better Wheat production on your plot. Community content shows dinosaurs and other high-tier animals in the Legendary bucket.
- Mutations: feeding treats / special food on your farm can unlock mutations — visual variants with higher output or special passive abilities. Feeding/leveling mechanics are used to mutate animals over time.[1]
