LOST ROOMS[1] is a Roblox survival horror game with day-night survival and co-op mechanics, where players can loot and craft by day and defend themselves or eliminate entities at night across randomly generated zones. This game is developed by Morbid Studios and released in April 2022 and recently updated. The total number of visits are about 47.6M+ and more than 1M+ players added in list of their favorite game. Server size is 5 and Genre is horror. Defeating more entities means you will get more credits and by using that you can upgrade your loadout, buy new weapons and ready for tougher night waves. The game also gives free rewards via codes periodically during updates and events, uses a co-op team system, and has a wardrobe-based code redemption system. As of now, there are active codes (promo codes) for LOST ROOMS, because the game currently includes a code system.
Core gameplay
[edit | edit source]Teams prepare during the day by looting supplies, then brace for night phases when monsters become aggressive, forcing coordinated defense, route planning, and smart resource use to avoid wipes. Runs reward Credits and User Credits that feed into suits, gadgets, and equipment upgrades to improve survivability and speed in subsequent attempts.[2]
Maps and zones
[edit | edit source]- Backrooms: A foundational zone where players coordinate to neutralize a cyclops-like monster while navigating mazelike hallways and limited sightlines.
- Poolrooms and Arcade/Playground: Additional zones showcased in full walkthroughs that emphasize different traversal and defense patterns under escalating difficulty.[3]
- VILLAGE: A recent chapter with fresh objectives and outdoor navigation, available from the main LOST ROOMS listing and its server browser.[2]
Progression and gear
[edit | edit source]Progression centers on Credits and User Credits, which unlock suits, weapons, gadgets, and utility items that enable stronger clearing, safer night holds, and faster objective completion. Codes can supplement these currencies and occasionally deliver special items like the Banhammer or cosmetic emotes for variety and motivation between runs.[3]
Difficulty and lobbies
[edit | edit source]Community guides recommend forming lobbies of 4–7 players and opting for Hard or Nightmare to maximize loot flow and skill growth while maintaining a winnable pace with good teamwork. The experience supports private lobbies from its server tab, making it easy to practice routes or teach new teammates without matchmaking randomness.[3]
